A: Very hands on. The glass is in your hands from start to finish.

Q: Is glassblowing safe?

A: With any activity there is always risks and glassblowing is no exception. Working with hot glass is both awesome and dangerous. During our classes students learn exactly what to do to keep themselves and other safe in the shop.

Q: What will I need to bring to the class?

A: All materials and safety gear are provided for you. We do ask that you wear closed-toe shoes.

Q: Do I need any prior experience in glassblowing?

A: No prior experience is necessary. Our experienced instructors will be happy to lead you step-by-step through the process of creating your own unique piece.

Q: Are you open on Friday?

A: No. We are open for classes Sunday-Thursday

Q: What is the minimum age requirement?

A: Our classes require that participants be at least 14 years old. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who also registers as a student in the class. All participants must sign a waiver prior to attending the class. For any questions regarding the participation of minors, please contact us directly.
